Who I am
I support individuals in overcoming various challenges, including PTSD, ADHD, trauma, panic disorders, mania, anxiety, stress, and insomnia. Furthermore, even those who are healthy can elevate their well-being by learning and practicing conscious breathing techniques, which can lead to a more fulfilling and balanced life.
I've taught in Ireland, New York, and at Esalen Institute in Big Sur California.
Certified in the Buteyko Method by Patrick McKeown at The Buteyko Clinic International in Galway, Ireland.
Certified in Pranayama by Michaël Bijker at Yogalap in Sagres, Portugal.
I offer weekly or daily sessions of 30, 60, or 75 minutes, via Zoom or in person.
I work with diverse clients—musicians, actors, police officers, families, and business professionals—each with unique needs. Through discipline and dedication, I employ a holistic approach to enhance sleep, diet, and exercise, integrating the Buteyko Method and Pranayama to offer tailored breathing techniques for children, adults, couples, and small groups. Most clients come via referrals. Originally from Ireland, I graduated from the William Esper Studio in NYC and have acted in theatre, television, and film.
After a 2012 car accident, I delved into meditation and breathing techniques, including Transcendental Meditation, Pranayama, the Wim Hof Method, and Holotropic Breathing. I focused on the Buteyko Method, studying under Patrick McKeown at The Buteyko Clinic International in Galway, Ireland and earned a Pranayama certification from Michaël Bijker at Yogalap in Sagres, Portugal.
